Pros

Work Experience: a good training ground for novice employees in all disciplines - from management to entry level.

Cons

Blurred lines of responsibility led to too many (non-required) stakeholders creating a beuarocratic environment. The company has no direction, and lost its identity years ago. It treats business clients very poorly.

Pros

There are great opportunities for growth at Neteller with a diverse workforce. The workplace is casual and emphasis is given on how well you work, not just what you look like. If you work hard and are generally a friendly person you will get noticed and compensated accordingly. Pay and benefits are generous there.

Cons

In the past, some people have been put into positions where they might have been a bit over their head. Interdepartmental communication can be problematic and politics exist but it's minor.
