I'm not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. Definitely not from anyone in my department.
- Management/execs could not care less about departments that do not bring in money.
- Nightmarish lack of work/life balance. There were pay periods that I worked over 110 hours. Plenty of ways to fix staffing issues but management refused to do anything about it.
- HR is terrible. Non-responsive, disrespectful, bordering on discriminatory.
- Return to office policy is absolutely absurd. People were hired remote (often hours or entire states outside of “home office”) throughout the pandemic and then management/HR refused to be accommodating to any of them. Fired people for either refusing to come back into office or not being able to.
- Unbelievably disorganized. Nothing was ever communicated between business units.
- Everyone seems to hate their job.
- While cool in theory, the company is spread over several countries, which can sometimes make it impossible to reach people.
- Completely disregards employee mental health.
- Pay is subpar. Benefits are crappy. Insurance is expensive.
- Boxy corporate structure. It’s outdated, and in combination with a lack of employee morale, it makes for a miserable experience.
- High turnover in some departments. I can see why.
- Absolutely no flexibility with anything.
- Management plays favorites. I always felt as if my entire management team hated me. Absolutely dreaded having meetings with my report-to.
- Really terrible training (at least in the department I was in). People don’t know what they’re doing but are still expected to do so without any support.
I have been trying to find my way to leave for over a year, and I am unbelievably happy to finally be on my way out the door. I’ll be locking it behind me. I’ve worked a lot of crappy jobs, but this one takes the cake. Unless you’re an exec or in tech, avoid this place like the plague.
