Pros

401K - matched up to 5% Health Insurance Beer:30 Stocked pantry snacks

Cons

Its not WHAT you know, its WHO you know. They will tell you there's room for growth (as they told me several times during reviews) but it will NEVER happen. It doesn't matter how hard you work, recognition is non existant - Unless youre the kind to toot your own horn. HR is non existant as well. They fired the previous HR person and HR duties were spread to leads. Difficult to voice your frustrations regarding your department to your lead when they immediately dismiss your concerns. I can't tell you how many times i've voiced my frustrations regarding work procedures and work ethics only to be told to let it go or be fired. The company was a lot more like family before it migrated fully into Paysafe. Now it's cut throat and super cliquish. Careful what you say and to whom because people LOVE the drama.

Nobody in management cares about you. Hyderabad office morale is very low. Management is so inexperienced they don't know what to do. They have given up and looking out for external jobs.

Pros

The only Pro for the company so far is it was acquired by Paysafe so the jury is still out as to whether or not the outlook changes. The hope is (MCPS) will soon adopt the Paysafe culture and learn to listen to, appreciate, and pay the associates the industry standard and allow this acquisition to excel MCPS to the same standards as the Paysafe brand.

Cons

Although MCPS is now called Paysafe it’s still the same as before. There are cliques with most of the management team and to be a part of the “IN” crowd you have to stay on their good side. Some of the managers seem to love drama and talk about the associates to other managers which then gives a bad outlook across the company. There is a definite lack of maturity with most of the management team currently in place. The turn over rate is really sad and good people are either fired or allowed to leave because the competition pays better. A total reset is needed to turn the ship around. Great leadership starts at the top and thrives when the leader is a motivator and cares about those working not for but with them. We should all have a common goal which is to provide the greatest level of customer service to our clients. This means internally as well as externally.
