Pros

Free food, can work on the Internet without doing your job because no one is looking after you with cheat direction. The manGeng is in their computers doing the same so it's ok to do utb

Cons

Very racial and ethically not evolved place so to work. People lack the motivation because of the bad pay and no room for advancement. You can hear manage my talking about people's pay. $8 an hour isn't enough to put up with that work environment.

I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Paysafe. Your comments definitely don’t describe the workplace that I recognize: we conduct salary benchmark studies to make sure we are paying competitively for the industry, and many of our top managers have worked their way up from within the company so there is certainly room for advancement. I hope you’ve found your new place of employment more to your liking, and we wish you all the best for the future.”

Pros

Pay was ok, but people were overpaid for their positions and hard working people were not paid well. Not balanced.

Cons

Executives not professional. Senior HR didn't know how to handle situations. A bit chaotic. Unethical business practices and products. Don't care about customers.

Pros

Free lunches every 2 weeks Reviews are scheduled and paychecks are on time

Cons

Do not expect an unexpected promotion as career paths can be predicted because progression tends to follow a predetermined pattern. Re-assure to not do any wrong-doing or do whats good for the company as (speaking your mind) move as there's no second chance with HR. Those seeking flexibility may feel stifled or bored and prefer a smaller place where they can wear multiple hats. I become frustrated by rules, red tape, and co-workers afraid to state that something isn’t their job. The company does not provide access to decision-makers, and we may find it hard to be “heard.” Many people enjoy being a part of a building process—something you might not find at this company.
