Pros

One of the biggest pros of working in Paysafe is the people that make it. Other pros include: - a lot of new projects that you can take part of and grow as a developer - experienced senior developers that devote a lot of time to help you learn and grow - senior management that is open for communication and that you can talk to freely anytime without hesitation

Cons

Due to Paysafe being an established company with a long history it has a lot of systems and services for which you will have to devote a lot of your time and effort learning which can be a shock factor for new people joining the company. But with the right team and focus this problem can be avoided.
