      - Peers can be amazing - People bond over the hatred of management

      Cons

      - No bonus or pay increases; you will make less every year given inflation - Management pays themselves before anyone else - 0 career progress available - HR is the worst HR function alive - Company is struggling but management is lying about it - Senior leaders are not qualified for their roles - CEO hires his friends and then has no standards for them

      Pros

      There are good people here still, that it is rewarding to work with. Job security is easy to maintain.

      Cons

      Lack of clear management structure. Poor morale across the company. Not competitive in salary yet they still claim to be. Benefits are not anything to brag about. Bonus payments often rescinded despite growing end of year numbers.

      New HQ in Jacksonville but pretty empty

      Cons

      This has to be the worst company. I joined in 2023 based on a job description which turned out to be completely false. I was lied to. The company has nothing to sell and their gateway service in North America is a joke. Senior Sales Leadership in the US is run with blatant favoritism. They hire managers who have no payments experience. The compensation package is unrealistic so beware. No advancement at all. Onboarding and training is non-existent. HR personnel are asked to put up false reviews of the company so they can maintain some dignity.
