Very Good Company to work at least once Very Good Place to Learn and Explore things especially for QA. Good Opportunity for innovative people , always encourage for new/fresh thoughts Good Opportunity to learn all Big data technologies, Payments tech stack. Maintains very good culture and flexible working hours Good Managers (DEV/QA) with loads of Knowledge on latest technologies and domain Hard work and co operative people helping in all perspective Equal opportunities to both DEV and QA. They Call QA as SDET's. All young blood. Monthly Team lunches, Release Party's , Half yearly parties, Pubs , Entertainment at peaks - Pool, TT, Xbox, Free snacks, daily fruits

Work wise DEV and QA are same - Salary wise lot of difference Always in Fast pace this makes you bit lag in your work life balance

Cons

Horrific organisational structure, especially in compliance where there are no decision makers and time taken to get a decision often means we lose business. Have let go of the only good staff member they had in very unfair circumstances and have since gone downhill
