      Pros

      Paysafe is one of the best employers in Bulgaria right now. With more than 1200 people in Sofia, Paysafe is a great place to start your career and to have a successful development within the Fintech industry. Fast-paced, very dynamic and full of young and smart professionals, you will never get bored and you'll have a lot of fun at work!

      Cons

      If you don't like the dynamic environment, you should re-consider joining Paysafe. As one of the world's leading specialized payment providers, Paysafe regularly makes improvements in the product, and this creates a very fast-moving pace of work!

      Pros

      Paysafe has been cobbled together from a lot of mergers & acquisitions. Even so, the culture is great and the people are really decent. Leadership is also getting stronger with better communication and vision.

      Cons

      The technology is aging and it is hard to modernize. We move faster than banks but slower than IT competitors. The will is there, it's just about picking the right things to focus on. If you don't like a fluid working environment, Paysafe is probably not for you!

      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits. The majority of the people working there are very professional. Great place to learn if you are coming into the IT or fintech industry. Open communication with management.

      Cons

      Organisation of projects can be chaotic and rushed.
