Pros
This company is always on the move, quite fast paced but as we all had our feet pulled under us, they show resilience & dedication to its employees. Communications every week, great wellness and mindfulness training, programs to assist in all your challenges. Colleagues who become friends who just check in on you and have a laugh.
Cons
Not seeing my co-workers in the office during this pandemic but safety first as we have the ability to work from home.
