      Open office, great location, friendly employees, great view, open leadership, competitive pay, growing company among the top players in their industry.

      Cons

      Specialized knowledge; much of the work is platform specific and will not be completely transferable in terms of skill set.

      It is a very positive environment with a lot of support. Management is great and diverse. Amazing benefits (from day one) as well. Overall a great place with great people!

      Cons

      There can be a lot going on, but it's balanced by rewards (catered lunches, parties, etc.)
