Pros

Great office culture, teams and working environment. Small perks such as finishing early and open office. Great employee benefits. HR/Office team is very easy to approach for help.

Cons

The higher up the hierarchy you go, the more it becomes a boys only club. Majority of women leave due to feeling undermined by their male counterparts and “fed up” - people who challenge this behaviour are managed out. You can definitely sense intimidation. Flexible working is very flexible since you need to justify why you need to work remotely and often judged for doing so.

Pros

Paysafe has a nice culture, like a family. While the work is challenging, work hard, play hard is their moto. Their pay is competitive, and their benefits were decent.

Cons

Global fast growth and ownership by a massive M&A holding company doesn't translate to job security when its all about cutting costs, making margin. Your best asset is your staff.
