Pros

The only thing that is positive about working for Paysafe are the Multisport card and the Fruit day every Tuesday.

Cons

- low salaries - no appreciation of the employees , no matter how good you do your job there is no recognition about it - no preferences for the schedule, they let you choose your shifts but after that just do whatever they like with the schedule - no professional attitude towards employees -awful quality scoring - all procedures are ridiculous and customers are complaining about it but no one cares -bonuses calculated on NPS which is beyond our control to manipulate the results, customers are not aware what they are scoring exactly and it affects our KPI after that - horrible management , you cannot turn to anyone for help regarding a case , issue with the product itself - no option for career development, if they don't have enough people for customer service and you want to do something else they let you fail the interview and after that you cannot apply for a position for 6 months

Disorganized and Unethical

Pros

Most non-managerial employees are nice and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Paysafe is one of the most disorganized and unethical places to work. Nothing is confidential. Management discusses personal information regarding employees with other employees including health, salary, and work performance. They play favorites and everyone can tell. Look at the people walking around vs the ones that are actually working. Everything they preach to you in orientation is a lie. Work Life Balance only exists for the management staff and executive. The pay is horrible and below any other company of the same business type. The moment you ask for a raise they tell you “what have you done to deserve it”. Health insurance is ridiculously high and sucks. Merchants even hate Paysafe but the company erases any negative review on the BBB so you would never know. I would advise anyone who is thinking about working here to apply elsewhere.

Pros

Consistent growth Challenged professionally High performers are rewarded Generous referral program Fun employee events (food trucks, wine mixers, etc.) Coworkers are awesome

Cons

With any company that experiences integrating one or more companies, the work load is a little heavy but I don't think that's a "con". When you grow the way Paysafe in Houston has, growing pains are inevitable.
