      There are not any pros working here.

      Cons

      All the management here are bullies. so pathetic the way employees are treated. HR can't do anything as they don't have any power or just take side of management. management always right and you are wrong. Do not hire new people in company with false promises.

      Pros

      spacious office with lot of bean bags. there is also policy of monthly team lunches. very aggressively hiring due to high attrition rate of 30%

      Cons

      Weak middle management with no manager experience. high expectations from employees when there is no work to do. everyone is expected to magically solve all problems or create new problems when there are none. no product or domain knowledge passed on to developers. No promotions. Senior management keeps everything flat. pay compared against other service companies. visibility of developers is very low. no transparency in work being done.

      - great atmosphere and international environment - supportive and friendly team members - opportunities for self e-learning with Lynda - possibilities to take part in congresses, conferences or external trainings for your field - flexibility with working from home

      Cons

      - New acquisitions may bring different ideas for the business structure and some positions may be changed. I had few managers during time with paysafe and was part of two different departments within the same job title
