Cons

Nobody in management cares about you. Hyderabad office morale is very low. Management is so inexperienced they don't know what to do. They have given up and looking out for external jobs.

Pros

- Paysafe is currently in a technology shift phase where everything built is questioned and re-questioned to solve bigger problems and to get deeper insights. - Work environment is pretty much similar to a startup where in one get's to work on lot of exciting and challenging use-cases with focus on quality and delivery. - If you are a self starter and have a trist to learn latest technologies Paysafe is one of the places to work for. - Paysafe has a very good set of architects and developers with extensive knowledge in Big Data and related technologies & a strong product team with vast experience in global payments domain. - Paysafe has a good compensation structure, increments and bonus payouts are a direct reflection of one's performance.

Cons

- Requirements, prioritization from top management tend to come in late and change much faster than the time taken to define them. - Architecture group tries to solve a next generation problem than the problem at hand.
