      Pros

      Training , opportunities , free language courses , good benefits - a gym card, kindergarten allowance, free parking, full health insurance, team buildings ,good working environment, home office and the work is interesting , at least mine was! Great bonuses!

      Cons

      No raises in salary despite good results by the company, no food vouchers, open office.
