Pros
I've worked here for over a decade and thru the many ups and downs, one of the reasons while I still here is because of the people that I work with, be it in my own department or others, and the managers that I had, which allowed me to grow in my role as the years went by
Cons
I believe that this happens in every company, there is always more work to do than there are people to do it, so priorities decisions have to be made, which we don't always agree with, but we have to move forward anyways
