      Pros

      I love working at Paysafe Group, the culture is very friendly and approachable. I joined Paysafe after leaving University and I feel that it has been a great start for my career. Paysafe works hard to develop it's employees and I have had a lot of opportunities to be challenged in my role and be involved in one of the training programmes which helps employees to develop skills to be future leaders.

      Cons

      Personally, my experience at Paysafe so far has been excellent so I do not have any cons. In regard to my own personal development I feel that I have grown during my time at Paysafe and have been given the opportunities to improve my skills and progress.

      Pros

      - amazing working atmosphere and environment; - lots of opportunities to grow and learn, including training and development programs for employees with potential; - people in Paysafe are awesome, networking is a piece of cake in here;

      Cons

      - As every big enough company, here are lots of issues regarding processes, bureaucracy, things are not happening as quickly as we might want to, but with a positive attitude thing are much better;

      The organization is becoming very big - almost 3 000 employees worldwide which of course causes challenges.
