      Paysafe is developing rapidly, providing new challenges and opportunities on almost a daily basis. Combining this with a real Paysafe family experience and a "Work hard, play hard" mindset, Paysafe offers a motivating environment if you want to be a better you tomorrow, every single day.

      Cons

      Fast M&A and a growing collection of business units are challenges for the leadership team and the employees. Actual integration and cooperation isn't always as established as the leadership would like to see.

      Pros

      Great benefits and team spirit, true empowerment of employees, mutual respect, nice office space, talented people, open minded, great mgmt team and chief executive in my business unit.

      Cons

      Group has unrealistic expectations for our unit, shared services requests demotivate people working with the group, people in offices around the world have little clue what the business units actually do. There's a stark contrast between working within a business unit and with or for the group units.
