      Flexible & dynamic setting, good overall performance, a lot of freedom in creating the perfect work environment

      Cons

      High workload due to constant growth. IT is becoming a bottleneck in terms of rationalization and automatization.

      Pros

      Managers were usually good about approving time off, and there were occasionally events and free food for special events. Location is good, right downtown.

      Cons

      -Worst management you will ever experience - No training - No appreciation of your work - Managers are rude and disrespectful - No flex time - No remote-work - Salaries are below standard - Very unprofessional - High turn-over rate - HR is useless and unhelpful, even when it comes to serious issues like harassment in the office All in all, if you don't want to lose your positive outlook, don't work here. It might seem good at first, during the interview and your first two weeks, but you will soon regret it, just like the majority of people who left within a year of being hired.

      Pros

      good infrastructure, good conditions, people are always friendly and support you in any question. also the office is modern and coffee/tea and also fruits for free

      Cons

      depending on the role the willingness of travelling is an important part of the job. as the different departments are based in different countries like UK, Austria, Bulgaria it is for many employees usual to spend some days in a different office every month
