      The People are paysafecards greatest asset. The collaboration, spirit and can do mentality is exceptional. A great fun place to be!

      Euro Plaza Cantine is not the best place to eat...

      Pros

      The people at Paysafe are some of the best in the world. They are supportive of each other and committed to providing the best solution for their customers, who are mainly other paysafe employees if you work in IT or Dev.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done around developing a common organisational culture at Paysafe. The organisation is made up of many small companies who have merged together over the years and there is still a lot of evidence of the disjointed cultural heritages.

Paysafe, as you have noted is a rapidly growing, global company, with offices as far east as Hyderabad in India and as far west as Irvine in California. Working in such a far reaching and diverse environment does indeed provide some challenges, but challenges that we are lucky to have and we continue to tackle these with a positive attitude. We endeavor to have as much continuity across our global offices as possible, however, due to localized legal requirements, practical capabilities and preferences, exact replication of benefits etc. is not always possible.

      Good company culture Relaxed office attitude, dress ranges from nice casual to formal with no judgement Excellent location with a fantastic view in Canary Wharf Appears keen to foster internal talent where possible Grad program allows incredible amount of flexibility to explore the business with many exciting opportunities and people to work with

      Cons

      Word of mouth is the employee turnover rate is a little higher than ideal Colleagues have told me that roles can shift causing them to work on unexpected or new areas outside their existing roll, a consequence of being a rapidly growing business but I've seen at least one employee leave because they felt the responsibilities of their position was misrepresented
