      1. Strongest department and backbone of the company: Customer Care 2. For the most part - amazing colleagues (i like how they are filtered so that we gather motivated, inspirational and easy-going people) 3. The work environment

      Cons

      1. Absurd (mis)communication between the departments from time to time that does not aim for results but for procedures that lose clients 2. HR department is a mystery - they are there for us, but they are more like "upon the demand" 3. Lack of innovation and audacity in the domain, the competitors will make us go out of business faster than we think...

      After spending over 1 year as part of Paysafe, I'm more than glad that I made this choice a while back - the company is international, with an end-to-end hub based in Sofia, which makes Paysafe one of the most popular and appealing employers in Bulgaria; the environment is amazing - full of motivated, positive people willing to develop together products used by millions of clients! During that time I managed to specialize in a new business area and took part in various training opportunities, so I can personally confirm that there are multiple options for development.

      Cons

      The working time is not too flexible, but it's understandable due to the international character of the company
