      Pros

      The company has legit business and some really cool projects. You can make great impact here. The Eng team uses Agile by the book and new technologies across most of the product lines. Recent Java, New Relic, micro-services, MapR, Splunk ...

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to run for your own thing. Ie - don't expect that someone necessarily thinks what you might need or want - go for it yourself. Don't expect management push - you need to be rather self driven. (which might be a good thing for many people btw)
