Pros

- Talented people. - I had some really cool colleagues that I connected with well.

Cons

I'm not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. Definitely not from anyone in my department. - Management/execs could not care less about departments that do not bring in money. - Nightmarish lack of work/life balance. There were pay periods that I worked over 110 hours. Plenty of ways to fix staffing issues but management refused to do anything about it. - HR is terrible. Non-responsive, disrespectful, bordering on discriminatory. - Return to office policy is absolutely absurd. People were hired remote (often hours or entire states outside of “home office”) throughout the pandemic and then management/HR refused to be accommodating to any of them. Fired people for either refusing to come back into office or not being able to. - Unbelievably disorganized. Nothing was ever communicated between business units. - Everyone seems to hate their job. - While cool in theory, the company is spread over several countries, which can sometimes make it impossible to reach people. - Completely disregards employee mental health. - Pay is subpar. Benefits are crappy. Insurance is expensive. - Boxy corporate structure. It’s outdated, and in combination with a lack of employee morale, it makes for a miserable experience. - High turnover in some departments. I can see why. - Absolutely no flexibility with anything. - Management plays favorites. I always felt as if my entire management team hated me. Absolutely dreaded having meetings with my report-to. - Really terrible training (at least in the department I was in). People don’t know what they’re doing but are still expected to do so without any support. I have been trying to find my way to leave for over a year, and I am unbelievably happy to finally be on my way out the door. I’ll be locking it behind me. I’ve worked a lot of crappy jobs, but this one takes the cake. Unless you’re an exec or in tech, avoid this place like the plague.

Don’t Work Here

Pros

I’m not sure who is writing these positive reviews. Unfortunately, there aren’t many pros to working here.

Cons

Where do I even start… Tenure, loyalty, and advanced degrees will get you no where. Low-paying/minimal salary bumps. Zero career growth, unless you want lateral growth. Lack of support from leadership/management. Leadership team fails to support their employees and displays favoritism. Significant amount of nepotism. Overall lack of respect. Employees are overworked and receive zero recognition. Leadership/management will manipulate and harass their employees to get their way. Leadership:management lack critical thinking skills. They reward employees with company branded socks and “cool swag” instead of pay increases and better benefits. Speaking of benefits, they pride themselves on “virtual yoga” and “meditation Monday’s” and actually think that give the implant a competitive edge. Dear HR, maybe you should try asking you’re employees what they need and actually listening to them. The company is under water financially. How is it that volume increase but revenue decreases? Their debt is greater than their cash accounts. Bottom line, this company is a joke. Look elsewhere.

Pros

Work with great colleagues, experience in the credit card industry, the ability to deliver bad news & to handle intense situations.

Cons

Under valued, the more you know the more expected. Raises are only 2-5% of your existing salary. Management who can get away with mistreating employees if upper management are friends outside of work. Our company will never be fully staffed rather they overwork existing employees
