      Pros

      ISO - Honest, ethical group to partner with.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between corporate, ISO & agents. Lack of knowledge of issues due to NO knowledge causing more issues which could have been resolved easily saving time & money. Policy changes not put in place to protect partners. Most will not speak up knowing facts due to fear of losing their position. Learned I was just a number and was used to only bring in accounts to then take away residuals for things said that were frivolous. You can’t speak out, will not be given a chance to prove facts that have not been told nor seen. Betrayal is the best word I can use in describing Paysafe.

      Weak company with no work

      Pros

      spacious office with lot of bean bags. there is also policy of monthly team lunches. very aggressively hiring due to high attrition rate of 30%

      Cons

      Weak middle management with no manager experience. high expectations from employees when there is no work to do. everyone is expected to magically solve all problems or create new problems when there are none. no product or domain knowledge passed on to developers. No promotions. Senior management keeps everything flat. pay compared against other service companies. visibility of developers is very low. no transparency in work being done.

      Pros

      free lunches on every 2 weeks and sometimes 3 weeks with no explanation on why free spinning downtown location

      Cons

      alot of employees has been there for over 5 year and more. i think it might be time as they seem to be too comfortable and got lazy. they dont want to teach us the new guys anything new owners at company, alot of restructuring
