      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The company shares a lot of information, both strategic and operations making it easy to follow the company's path. The benefits are great, and very good work life balance with a lot of support from management. The company makes you feel your contribution matters a lot.

      Cons

      As the company grows through mergers and acquisitions, there is still work to be done on harmonizing operations across all its offices, but this is expected and the company is spending a lot of effort in creating synergies and common processes.

      Pros

      awesome environment and has a very youthful feel all of the time. Great benefits and even the office environment is nice from the way the desks are set up to the break room. would recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy work while working.

      could turn down the AC a bit
