      Pros

      the people are amazing! i'm a privileged leader that heads a team that has more than 40 years of experience! They contribute to a very collaborative and innovative atmosphere. I have a great rapport with my colleagues. I see the VP and C-suite leaders on a regular basis at the office.

      Cons

      the open floor plan makes it too accessible sometimes when you're trying to focus on a task. I could also go to the meeting rooms but something i like to stay in my area. Working with people all around the globe can make it challenging to schedule meetings.

      Pros

      Management are actually inspiring and approachable. Environment is goal-focused but not about micro-managing. Most everyone seems to be very happy with what they are doing and treat each other with respect.

      Cons

      None per se, except that with the constant growth it can be tricky to keep up with the frequent improvements, enhancements and new partnerships.
