Pros
The company culture is very positive and it is structured around the idea of cooperation and friendliness. We have a lot of company-wide activities that make us feel like a family and not random people occupying an office. The work is interesting and we really are a different type of fintech company. Our products are quite amazing. We have the option to work from home when we need to which makes work-life balance easier to manage.
Cons
The Montreal office is across the street from a school.
