      Pros

      A huge amount happening in the business which makes it an exciting place to be. Lots of opportunities to develop and learn new skills, not just within your team. Great people and the Canary Wharf office will be an amazing place to work when it's completed. Good culture of promotion and hiring from within.

      Cons

      Change is ever present- everyone who works here has to be resilient and happy with a fast paced and growing business environment.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere with dedicated, hard working individuals who are passionate about the company. It's an exciting company to be a part of and I would recommend to anyone looking to join the payments industry! The HR team are also very helpful and welcoming to the new joiners in the company.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change due to exciting opportunities for the company which I personally believe is a good thing however it may not be for those who do not like to embrace change.

      Pros

      Loads of talented individuals that are all very enthusiastic about working for such a large group. Great work environment with flexible working hours, good morale and competitive salaries.

      Cons

      There has been allot of change in the last 6 months, working here is not for the faint hearted! But if you embrace this change it can be exciting and challenging.
