None. Revolving door of terrible managers and directors more interested in telling 'good stories' to upper management than delivering good solutions and reliable infrastructure. Infrastructure Staff is, with one or two exceptions, horribly underqualified. Worst DBA team I've ever worked with. Culture is for infra staff to do the minimum possible as to not get in trouble. Archaic methodologies and inappropriate solutions implemented. Worst PMO I've ever worked with.
Cons
Strong indications that Paysafe will be significantly downsizing or shuttering operations in Calgary in the coming 2 years. Development staff, with one or two exceptions, is mired in Calgary Oil and Gas 'enterprise' methodologies and 10 year old approaches. Release Management team lead is inept and posturing and stifles innovation. Inability to attract and retain high quality staff. Management more concerned with looking good to their bosses than delivering quality product.
