      Growing but not the best in pay

      Pros

      The company is growing strong, with recent entry in US market as a big positive. There is always work, hence no dull moment. Spread across multiple countries and less than 600 employees right now, makes you visible and known face in the company.

      Cons

      Demanding work, salary not as good as market standards, HR policies- less flexible on vacations, registered in Quebec, hence higher tax deductions.

      Pros

      Nothing you are a bad company who rob people money. Why would anyone work for you?

      Cons

      When I wanted to withdraw my account balance of 22 pounds to my bank account(which I deposited the money from)they said their charge is £5. Can you believe? £5 charge to withdraw money to the bank account. That's like robbing money from you. That's very wrong. These are hard earned money and I don't mind if there is a fair charge. But £5 pound service charge?common! robbers I will never ever use this service again. And I will tell everyone who I meet

      Pros

      Hard working middle managers doing all the real job trying to do best to support team. Free food on Thursday's and some free tickets for concerts at Bell center.

      Cons

      Biggest nest of nepotism I have ever seen you will never be promoted to more than middle manager and if you are promoted, expect to do all the work and get none of the glory.
