The people and culture, specifically in the Calgary office are second to none. Office space is incredible, possibly the best view in all of Calgary.

Cons

Too often intelligent, competent, well-intentioned voices are not listened to or valued when decisions are made. Communication and sharing of strategic direction can be lacking.
