      - Flexible hours - Great work/personal life balance - Feel part of a family, you are not just a number - Free lunch every week from different restaurants. Free coffee and vending machine - Good benefits package, including dental and international health insurance.

      - Not a lot of opportunities to grow within the department. - Not clear vision or strategy.

      Great coworkers in the team, great cooperation and support between peers, nice atmosphere, clear communication with supervisors, excellent crisis management, occasional company lunches and cakes, excellent IT team

      limited opportunities for advancement, poor training, lack of communication between the departments, frequently changing working procedures, below average salary compensation but fair benefits package,

      Pros

      Generous number of paid time off, plenty of free parking. The workplace is casual and coworkers look at how well you work, not just what you look like.

      Cons

      Company lost it's way after the 2007 US pullout and never recovered after that. Departments do not work together to reach a common goal. The company has no direction.
