Pros

They are all about having fun.

Cons

Burn and churn atmosphere with direct sales people. Hire you with nice salary and expects enterprise sales but small business atmosphere. Sales people have a revolving door.

Hi, Thank you for posting a review and passing on your feedback. We do feel that it is very important to closely monitor attrition rates in the business, as we invest heavily in our recruitment, employees and their development and as such are always keen to retain our staff. Our attrition rates across the Group are very low and we perform detailed analysis to ensure there are no pockets of concern within any particular department or location. Thank you for bringing your thoughts to my attention and I would be keen investigate further. If you would be open to a conversation in confidence to share some further details please do let me know, I can be reached at thomas.horsfield@paysafe.com. Many thanks Tom

Pros

Managers were usually good about approving time off, and there were occasionally events and free food for special events. Location is good, right downtown.

Cons

-Worst management you will ever experience - No training - No appreciation of your work - Managers are rude and disrespectful - No flex time - No remote-work - Salaries are below standard - Very unprofessional - High turn-over rate - HR is useless and unhelpful, even when it comes to serious issues like harassment in the office All in all, if you don't want to lose your positive outlook, don't work here. It might seem good at first, during the interview and your first two weeks, but you will soon regret it, just like the majority of people who left within a year of being hired.
