      Pros

      The culture is great. The people are great. Paysafe does an extremely good job at trying to keep people happy. There is lots of opportunity.

      Cons

      They downsize annually. There is constant inconsistency on organizational move forwards. One year we are on this path, the next we are on another path. The pay is also low.
