      - Very interesting work. Lets you understand financial markets and customers at the same time - Ability to work from home and go to office when you want to socialize - Huge UX team with many people to learn from - Great colleagues

      I was hired as an hourly employee in a position known for excessive overtime Supervisors and above routinely cut my job duties without impacting pay Position was remote

      Internal politics between supervisors, managers, directors, etc caused internal conflicts among employees at all levels Workloads were not balanced causing some employees to be overloaded with others assigned no tasks at all Career development and promotions were awarded based on favoritism
