      Pros

      Interesting business; quick communications from most senior executives and HR; HR trying to push needed people and organizational related items; great strides in Diversity and Inclusion.

      Cons

      Lack of clear prioritization coupled with process and resource challenges; cross-functional collaboration could be better; many manual internal processes for a "fintech" related company; depth in middle management and dissemination of communication and empowerment could be strengthened.

      Pros

      You can use Skrill and Neteller products free of fees 25 days of paid annual leave 2-2-1 (work from office - work from home - optional) hybrid work model

      Cons

      Really bad year on the equity market for the company, that lead to a tidal wave of resignations among the majority of skilled workers, freezing pay raises and new jobs openings. In addition a massive structural changes driven by the higher-management in order to cut spending have lead to a spiral of messiness around the teams and much much more additional work.

      Pros

      I can’t really think of any with the new paysafe. The old Paysafe was better management and they cared about their employees and the business.

      Cons

      Upper management and executives don’t care about their employees or the knowledge and experience they bring to the company. All the executives care about themselves and what happens to them. They have lost their purpose.
