Paysafe the company going downwards.
Pros
Office space is modern and it's in a good location but it's getting over crowded. There are Team Building events and other initiatives to make you feel better. The people working here are quite fun to be around which is the main reason most of us work here. They bring fruits in the office.
Cons
There are certain targets/KPI's that must be reached which due to issues beyond your control are unreachable and they result in you getting demotivated. The targets are also used to calculate the "bonus" that you'll get which is non-existent since you can't reach the target even thought you've done everything from your end even went the extra mile. They used to have a clear focus on our goals but it got carried away by some "Business Decisions" and they pretty much broke the system that was working and now we're facing the consequences. Currently they're in severe need of people since employing more people is the solution to their breaking system. So, prepare to come and work on 2 separate products at the same time and facing processes which are extremely customer unfriendly. My job should be renamed into "Customer Apologiser Executive" since this is what I do all day. As a Customer Support you'll be on the front lines handling all backlash from the companies "Business Decisions" which is the Senior Management simply being greedy and trying to cut costs. You may search Google for yourself to see what our customers think about Skrill & NETELLER which are the main products. While there are interesting initiatives like some random food/beverage or, from time to time, some bonus initiatives which are pretty miserable, the overall work is quite stressing. Quite a lot of friends left and a few of them managed to progress further. Unfortunately, from my experience the progress in your career is quite hard and not transparent. Beyond the starting positions, maybe further throughout the ranks, it may start to get worth it but I'm still uncertain.
