      It is hard to work here if you are new. They don't have dedicated people that will taught new hires about the system.

      Cons

      No work life balance, no per-diem on travel, less self respect from management.

      Some good bits and some bad bits

      Pros

      people seem nice, HR try to do some good things (staff quizzes, parties etc), FinTech buzz

      Cons

      leadership either in another country or in an office with the door closed. No clear strategy. Just about getting a bidder.
