Pros
Like all families, there are always things to put in positive and negative columns... For instance, in the Paysafe Group, you are working hard, not necessarily for a paycheck (although its a plus), but to make sure that your work family down the line have their things they need, when they need it. As a family, they also know that your family at home is important, and actively provide the support tools needed for when you have to take time off for your kids or when you get downed by the flu. Your work family makes you want to get up in the morning to get to work - because in a way, its not work - its Family.
Cons
As mentioned above, its your work family - which means that you have that family member that dont know when to stop joking, or that family member that always forget things. While not really a con in that sense, its something.
