      Pros

      Great place to work to begin with but became a toxic environment with lack of career progression where people in the Bulgaria office were favoured for promotion. A lot of secrecy amongst management and too many managers in London when they could be based anywhere.

      Salary not great, lack of transparency, lack if career progression, if your face doesnt fit you’ve had it
