      Pros

      I'm really enjoying the welcoming atmosphere and flexibility at Paysafe. The work-life balance is excellent, and the social benefits and opportunities for growth make it a great place to work. Everyone has been incredibly supportive, making my start here very positive.

      Cons

      Adapting to all the systems and processes has been challenging, but manageable with the help from colleagues. However, I do feel there could be more opportunities for home office days to further enhance work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
