      Around 5-10% above the average pay. Work from the office, which does not have enough seats, 3 times a week. Office is almost outside of the town. You can expect your team members to change fully every 1-2 years.

      You are an employee number Expect working during outside of business hours, can usually happen to work 10-12h a day. Overtime is not paid. Can be requested to work on the weekend. Can be requested to work during PTO.
