      Possibility to grow and change your role easily, to learn new things. Colleagues are fine, managers as well. The salaries are okay.

      Cons

      Chaos, every year a restructuring, salaries are being raised too slow with many excuses, but new responsibilities are given all the time. New positions are being difficult to be open and employees get burnt out.
