Pros

Work-life balance, flexible work schedule, great benefits, strives for diversity and sustainability

Cons

Career progression in R&D is notoriously slow. Other work groups have promotion opportunities every 18 months, but it can take several years in R&D. No rhyme or reason, no transparency, limited candid feedback on what’s holding you back.
