In the Brandstewardship group, you get to travel a lot. Sometimes, it’s overwhelming.

Cons

Managers and Directors are not good. Only look out for themselves. Will throw you under the bus

Competitive pay to local manufacturing jobs. Decent benefits. 401k, retirement, deductible health insurance plans, dental, vision. Chance for advancement within the plant.

Cons

Work life balance can be non existent at times. Last minute forced overtime. Overtime policy not followed. Making it unfair to some employees.
