      Pros

      Vacation increased this year for all salaried employees and admins.

      Cons

      You will never get more than 3% as that is the highest they give. Most are 1.75 and 2%. Promotions do not go over 6%. So if you come into the company on a low salary you will never be able to get out of the hole. Most employees have either been there over 10 years or less than 3. It is not a good company to work for if you haven't been there to get the benefits of the old way they did things. The one thing I have noticed is the lack of accountability across all levels of management. The common saying of management when something goes wrong is "it's just pop."

      Good company - very limited growth potential

      Pros

      I worked for Frito-Lay which is a subsidiary of the parent company - PepsiCo. You would think that there would be plenty room for growth and that PepsiCo would be a good organization to be affiliated with - not so. Great products! Who doesn't love the chips?!

      Cons

      There is no such thing as a career path or growth. The "raises" are a joke! If you are a driver you can make decent commissions. Salaries are not fairly distributed unless you buddy-up to the bosses.

      Pros

      Pay is not equal to the work. Work long hours for little pay. Company has poor benefits. Stay away if you can.

      Cons

      Pay, home time, management , customers, benefits, stay away from this company at all costs. Did not receive what was promised. Does not primate from within.
