      Pros

      Salary, and Benefits. Catered lunches during zone meetings. Great training, and exposure to management.

      Cons

      Very tough work environment, be prepared for long hours, and constant calls throughout the night. D North is a very cut throat zone, poor culture and unethical practices. Constantly understaffed as well, be prepared to run down routes when rsr's call in.

      NO HARASSMENT POLICIES IN PLACE

      Pros

      The pay wasn't bad and I got mileage. The overall job wasn't so bad, but hour varied.

      Cons

      Worst company I have every worked for. I was sexually harassed by the sales rep on that route and Fritolay did nothing about it. They opened an investigation and said they he did nothing wrong. He said really inappropriate things to me. Two girls worked prior to me and they both quit because of him. Once the investigation was over they made him take a few classes and then they moved me to a different route. WHICH IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL!

      Better than many, but not ethical or moral, no family time

      Pros

      Benefits are great, they have a pension, fully vested after 5 years for what they put in

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales goals and no real help from District Sales Leaders to make sales numbers. Stretched too thin to give customers quality service, hours are supposed to be 50 hours a week but most work 55+. No a/c on trucks, trucks and handhelds used for ordering are outdated and a hassle to use. Company policy only matters when they want to write you up, and put a bad review on your performance appraisal. Since the company has gone to a performance pay structure we are overworked and underpaid, This company needs their priorities straight.
