Smart people. Always pushing to be the best. Strong name behind your selling efforts. A strong team environment that works hard to achieve goals.

Cons

Sometimes achieving the numbers comes before anything else. It can be an old boys club. It can definitely be a case of who is liked is the person that advances vs. who is a better performer in their job.

-It's a worldwide brand which looks great on your CV. -The pay is pretty good. -Meet some great people

Cons

-Lack of transparency throughout the organisation, if you are a lower level employee you're treated as somewhat of an idiot. They try to make everything positive, spinning the truth. -The IT systems and tools are appalling, for such a big profitable company it really is sub par in the technology department.

Paid every other Friday no matter what, sometimes paid 3 times a month. Good base salary for what is essentially a job for new grads,

Cons

The year end raise is a joke and there is no disputing the percentage of the raise.
