Pros

PepsiCo will be a fascinating brand to work with as it looks good on ur resume. The organization tests you to the highest level of patience and self control.

Cons

Extremely bad work culture. Its very common to find typical grapevine in office, bureaucratic pyramid, discrimination, extremely slow processes, corporate politics and unprofessional people. They by default expect you to sacrifice all your personal life commitments and be available 24X7 for the region and sector seniors who treat you like slaves. Its ironical that Pepsi will only take care of those employees who are fine with the work culture and are ready to be at the service all day and night, weekends and holidays. There is mechanism of feedback about the work culture which exists only on mails and unproductive conversations which try and convince you to deal with this pathetic work culture by doing work from home which is applicable in the scene when you beg to leave office by 9-11 PM as leaving office by 6-7 is considered to be a half day off. Most people in senior and middle management being single earners dont respect people who play dual responsibilities at office and home as well. and its very common that your bosses will treat you ruthlessly if you demand to work in reasonable office time.

Pros

Very far and few between. It's an honest day's wage for an honest day's work. Meeting customers and forming relationships with them. Great benefit package.

Cons

Even tho the company does reimbursement mileage you still have to put a ton of miles on your car. Long hours no work life balance. Expect way to much for the pay. Constantly dealing with store managers that are fine one day and yelling at you the next day. A very thankless job. The pay is ok but there is a lot of hidden things that are not told up front when accepting the job. Always expect a 12 hour day.
