      Used to be one of the best...now, not so much.

      Pros

      Not too many, if any at all. Most people are pretending to be content, while actively looking for other jobs. A shadow of it's former self.

      Cons

      Poor management and HR. Managers and supervisors leaving in large numbers. Low cost of living pay for the most expensive place to live in the country. Pay not competitive. Management is vindictive and petty. HQ clearly knows what (and who) the issues are here, but have chosen to let them continue. Even the hourly employees are disgusted with the lack of professionalism, tact, and backbone of the organization. They are leaving as well.

      Worst Company for Payment after Leaving

      There is no reason to work, If you work there your life became like hell....

      Cons

      when i have worked there everyone appreciate my work at Paithan plant Aurangabad but at the time of appraisal the worst thing come into picture. No matter what was that and the matters now is after leaving the organisation its around 1 year and 4 month but till now i haven't got my PF. And whenever i have called to Hr they are not Pick Up my call after seeing my number and when i have called them by another no than they pic and after listening my name they said that i am busy now i ll call u back but no response from there side. It is very sad that i have to post this type of review about the organisation but what should i do? They are forcing me to do that .... Worst Experience i have ever Had ....

      Favoritism, Anti Diversity

      Pros

      Good objective structure for raises. many opportunities to move around the company, however the different divisions don't talk to each other.

      Cons

      You need to get into the upper management clique to get anywhere. Females are promoted just because they are females and not on experience and results, because it helps the diversity numbers for the company as the CEO who is also female wants to promote females. People are terminated for no apparent reason. Company just talks about work life balance but does not practice it AT ALL!!
